Went out at 5 am again! What is going on? Itโ€™s like my body throws me out of bed on run days ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

๐Ÿ˜ƒ Another 25 min run....MJ tells me thatโ€™s it for walking now, just running no stops! 7 weeks ago ....โ€no wayโ€! The last two runs......โ€ok thenโ€

I still canโ€™t believe Iโ€™m doing this without too much trouble....not just that, and donโ€™t ask me how, but Iโ€™m actually enjoying it. I ran in the Army years ago, you had to, but I hated it ๐Ÿ™ This, Iโ€™m loving! I feel better emotionally & physically & am dropping weight ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Keep going everyone itโ€™s well worth the effort!

I got a 30-min lie in compared to you! Something quite nice about getting out early and getting it done, not to mention cooler!

in reply to musicalpolarbear

I certainly started that early originally because of the weather but now it seems it just suits me ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I love running in the early mornings, and like you I have no problem getting up. Isnโ€™t it weird? When I had horses and had to be up early to do them, I found it really hard even though I loved having them. Running is particularly addictive and I love it!

Yes I go out at 6am for my runs, it's great, the dog gets to run about without too much bother! The baby has me up at 5am for her 1st feed, maybe I should just go straight after that instead?? I'll see how the night goes!

As long as it suits you and you can maintain the schedule go when you like....I started early mornings because of the weather but now itโ€™s just easier, less traffic, cooler, less embarrassing in the early days as no one was about ๐Ÿคฃ. I also like to get it done early in the day as it seems to agree with my general mood ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Yes, I have the same problem, waking at 5 a.m. Even on non run days! So annoying ๐Ÿ˜ณ. But this running lark is addictive, dare I say it, it's fun! Did a crazy club run last night, fast and furious - and I loved it. Something weird going on!!
