Hello all! Well, after getting comfortably back in my stride for now the 3rd time at week 7 since my knee trouble at week 8 back last November, I got knocked out with a cold that as usual aggravated my asthma and left me with a chesty cough for the past few weeks. Seems better this weekend so will try a trot out tomorrow evening and see what happens, sometimes feels as if I'm destined never to get past week 7 again π
Still, 25 minutes is better than none π
