Week 7.... furthest ever!

Since starting this programme nearly 4 years ago, with good intentions, I've finally managed week 7 run 1. Not going into the setbacks that have befallen me over that time but just delighted to have earned a PB. Having never got that far before meant that I hadn't heard the week 7 music on the podcast, nor what Laura was going to say? Do I found that the boredom of the treadmill didn't set on and I was busily focusing on my stride, my breathing etc in time to the music. It felt great! Did I really just say that;-)? I'm slow, running at 6.8kph then wang it up to 7.5 for a minute and a half before going back down to 6.8 for another 3 minutes and so on. Then at the end when Laura said give it a bit more I managed to want it up to 8. Feeling fantastic.
