Hi guys just to let you all know another 1lb off today so in 6 weeks i have lost 9lb. However when i start c25k monday will be more easier i hope :) just 3st 7lb to go to my target yaaaay

I lost weight as I did C25k. It's a good combination.

Once you start the C25k plan, just don't be tempted to think, "Well I've been running so I can eat what I like". That's not true! You're not running far enough or long enough to eat what you like! So carry on with your weight loss plan, which is obviously working.

But running's a good motivator to dieting. Before you eat that unnecessary snack, think "If I eat this, I'll have to carry it about with me on my next run". That's nice and off-putting and helps you resist temptation. :)

Good going Chelle!!!!! I was at WW class today for my official weigh-in. I actually gained a pound but no worries. I know what I'm doing! Trust me, I'm a WW! LOL If you stick to your healthy eating, doing C25k sessions, walking and moving more, you can't fail in your quest to get healthy and slim. You just have to stick like glue!!!

Make sure you start your sessions as planned on Monday. We will be there to see you off. It's gonna be good fun!
