I want to share with you how proud I am with today's run. It was very hard, as my dog was just crazy: pulling, stopping, all possibilities. And yes, I did walk with her earlier half an hour with playing fetch, so she was a little tired. It wasn't her day, too many emotions apparently.
Regardless my dog and some shower for most of my run, I managed and Laura told me that I was more running than walking today WOW! I am becoming a runner
So whatever is happening, just believe in yourself and keep going!

Well done...and with a bouncy, exciteable dog too, by the sound of it! It really is such a great, confidence building programme isn't it? Good luck with that next run!π
