It's been a while

It's been a while since I have posted here. I have been running on and off, winter, work and injury all conspiring together.

In any case time to pull on the running gear and prioritise time to get back to running regularly. I've restarted the programme at week. Looking froward to brighter mornings when I can swap to gym for the roads.
