So, after getting my groove back and settling back into running I was involved in a Minor bicycle accident which threw me off course for a while and then with a change of jobs, it was more cost effective to cycle in.
Thus the running became non existent. Again a change of job location, I now work from home, so hopefully the running starts up again. Weather dependant will be out there this evening for a test run and take it from there.
Should be relatively fit, cycling 10K to and from work on a daily basis.

So time for an update.. managed to get 2 runs in this week. First being on Tuesday and the other last night. What the brain thinks and what the legs tell you afterwards are too different things. I must be generally fit, however cycling definitely uses different leg muscles!!
Tuesday night I ran 5K thinking this is all good, my cycling has kept me fitter than expected, but Wednesday my legs told me different. Two days of rest was needed and yesterday kept it simple and easy and ran for approx 20 mins (3K'ish).
