I'm doing it on Monday, I find the two days off at the weekend really helps my poor concrete legs lol! I will watch for your update and let you know how I get on too! Good luck :)

It's always a big motivator to have a 'virtual' running pal. There's quite a few of us just finishing week 8, and hopefully we'll all graduate together :D ! Keep going, keep it slow, and you'll get there. Good luck...xx

Well I am in awe of you having completed week 3!

I am a week behind you!

Take it slow 🙂It really isn't a race :) Each week and increased stage filled me with dread but having "barely survived" day one...Well, curiosity kept me going really. That and the quiet inner exhilaration that I was doing something good for me finally after a life of terrible abuse to my battered carcass.

If you ever feel discouraged just read the early posts of Graduates - we all went through what you are feeling :)
