Passed inspection with the doctor !! Definitely don't have diabetes just have increased fluid needs due to my digestive issues and the amount of exercise I'm doing!!

Feeling more positive on the treadmill too and am working on a consistent running speed.

Thank goodness for that! Phew!! I was a bit worried there. (No worries about naughty Christmas indulgences, then!!) Hope innards behave themselves. Glad that treadmill running going well.

Great news - it was the threat of diabetes that caused me to start running. Weight now safely down -so keep running.

i am really delighted! I celebrated with my first 11k run which was glorious. I started out at 3.25 and the aim was to beat the dusk which I did. The purple light at sunset was breath taking and reminded me of the wonder of our world. Have a great Christmas yourself and may your blessings be many.

Our world is magnificent, if we could have peace in it.

Well done to get up so early! That's a wonderful achievement too. Have a lovely Christmas.

That's great news. Though I do have diabetes and the running helps me keep it in check! Merry Christmas
