Don't want to jinx it but feeling good. First week under my belt and I'm really enjoying it. Helps the other half is now doing it with me. We decide to do a run with a few hills - unintentionally! Was hard but surprised how well I did but might stick to the flat areas until I'm finished the whole programme. Really enjoying reading all the other posts, can't wait to get to where some of you are 😊😊

Well done you! It's great that you're enjoying it. Stick with it and you'll get to where we all are now and beyond! :) I'd agree with avoiding hills during the programme if you can - they are the devil!!

Leave the hills till later, try and make it as easy as you can for now, but some hills will be good after graduation for stamina..😊

Well done you..both of you. Take it slow and steady and you should reach graduation injury free...and having had fun on the way!

Make sure you take your rest days too.. they are really important...

Hills... well, like the weather in the UK, we learn to love them..( did I just say that ?)..Lucky you to have flat.... :)

How fabulous for you both. It's great to have that encouragement from the other half. Don't miss out hills though. I think it's good to include them if they're not too steep. It all helps with the cardiovascular! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»
