Yayyyyyy week 5 done

Not much else to say really apart from the fact that I'm feeling very chuffed with myself 😊 Was up and out the door at 6.45 am and running my little legs off. Hard work but I took it easy and did my 20 mins. Can't wait to start week 6 on Saturday!

Oh that is fantastic! How did you feel going out and knowing you had to do 20 mins? And did you feel like you just could not go on at any point? It's crazy I know but from here (just finished w4) 20 mins looks pretty impossible!!!!

Not impossible at all but you have to be sensible. Honestly you will be fine! Just don't get hung up on the numbers. I took it very easy and listened to Laura and just kept going. It was hard work but not in the sense I thought I was dying! And I kept thinking to myself, 'wait til I get home and tell them what I've just done!' That was my motivation. Enjoy week 5. You are ready for it! 😊

Well done MotherGoose. That's a big milestone and sounds like you approached it just right.

Hooray! Well done on getting that off your list first thing in the morning. I bet you were on cloud nine all day.

I was! Felt really good in myself too. Those endorphins make a real difference don't they?!
