I was a little apprehensive before I started, thinking this is 8 minutes twice! Am I too old for this! So I talked to myself, saying you did 3x5 mins on Monday, you can do this! Go slower if you need to, well I started and after 3 minutes of the first run, I realised I was going a bit too quick, so I slowed downed and finished it and then the 5 minutes of walking! Does anyone else think that seems to last for ages? next up was the last run, I got into a lovely rhythm and just kept going, in fact at the end I thought I could have carried on, but I didn't want to overdue it, so after my rambling! now to think too much about RUN 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well done! Sounds like that went swimmingly. Don't overthink W5R3. Same tactics - slow down should you need to, from 10 minutes remember you are counting down rather than up. The programme has prepared you so you'll be fine.
