A little difficult today as I am tired not had that much sleep for 3 nights as I suffer with restless legs. Anyway done now.

Just a question if anyone uses the other program that is just spoken are all the prompts the same as Laura's as you know I use a treadmill and like to combine it with a DVD for distraction. So wouldn't be trying to combine it with my music which I understand is a bit iffy.
