Week 4 done and dusted!

Suffering from a head cold today, but decided to go for it anyway, and completed w4r3. Wouldn't say it was easy, but got through it OK, and had enough left in the tank to up the pace slightly for the last couple of minutes.

All good, and looking forward (I think) to the ramp-up next week, even if the thought of running 20 minutes non-stop sounds a tad ambitious. Still, Jo Whiley knows best :)

You'll be fine. Keep it slow and take the rest days. If you have got to the end of week 4 you are well on your way.

Well done!

20 minutes 😲

I'd deliberately not looked so as not to scare myself. It does sound impossible, surely that's a massive jump?!

But no doubt we'll all be doing it next week and wondering how we managed 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

LOL just been and looked, a gradual build up during the week don't seem so bad now 👍

Yeah, I’m guilty of looking ahead a lot, and reading what others have said about... it is a gradual build-up, and what we all tend to ignore are the “brisk walks” in between each run, which are themselves quite tiring and help to build up our stamina.

We’ll be fine :)

I'm due to finish W4 on Sunday. Nearly had heart failure when I saw W5! Mind you - I thought that about W4 so - bring it on!! We got this.
