Hi all

Thanks for letting me join Couch to 5K

My next day with Laura will be tomorrow, Week2, Day2. So far so good.

That 5 minute warm up is not enough for me. I now walk 2 miles in 30 minutes, to warm up and get in a zone. After that I begin the whole exercise (5min warm up, run, walk, etc). This works better for me.

See you at 5K!

Steve

I always feel better with a bit of a longer warm up. I think it's because my brisk walk isn't that brisk!

Well done on starting. Keep posting and let us cheer you on! ☺

Well done for finding a solution rather than just giving up on it! Good luck :D

Well done! 😊 It's a fab programme. Just go slowly and all will be well

It takes me ages to warm up do I warm up indoors before heading out for the brisk warm up walk. I usually do ten minutes
