Well after 2 attempts at a run of any time or distance I had a go at W5R3 so togged up with hat, gloves, buff & jacket ate a banana and some crackers and peanut butter and waited for 30 minutes and then set off out the door five minute warm up was uneventful was quite cold still here in the village decided to mix up the route abit on the hoof so to speak and Laura pipes up it's time to start got past my nemesis of the 2 minutes and I felt fine no repeat of the previous problem managed to run for 15 minutes so will probably try W5R3 again and hopefully in the next few weeks will try and get out in the mornings before I go to work

It's hard getting on and off and back on the horse again. I'm right with you there Fella! I've been picking weeks at random for the last few weeks, week 4 this week😆

Glad to see you back out there. How's the knee holding up?

Knees fine now I will be happier once I can go out 3 times a week but it is just to dangerous at the moment the only reason I was out today was because it was after 8 am

I have just completed W5R3 & cant believe i managed a 20 minute jog (very slow mind you) but I didn't have to stop once . I saw a nice party of chaffinches & the usual noisy robins, blackbirds, robins & squirrels.

I'm amazed I'm doing so well as the only exercise I do is 🚶
