Butt in action again!!!

Well it was a fair few months ago when I got to week 6 and gave up!! I had been suffering with post natal depression and anxiety - no excuse I know but easier to tell myself that now than when I was in a very dark place!!

My little mister was 1 last weekend and now I am feeling a lot better, many more positive than dark ones, and I am feeling incredibly unhealthy (I weigh more now than when I did after he was first born ๐Ÿคญ) So its time to get back on track and start again!!

So Iโ€™ve just done week 1, run 1. It wasnโ€™t as hard as I thought it might be, although by the end I was done in lol. I canโ€™t wait for it to feel slightly easier again!!

So itโ€™s time to get fitter for my wonderful 3 boys and amazing partner who have all supported me beyond belief and be an amazing, healthier mummy with more energy and finally fit into a wedding dress several sizes smaller than I am now ๐Ÿ˜†

Well done to everyone running, new and old!

We have all got this ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Best of luck Susan. Try and pick the same 3 days each week and stick at it. You got over half way the last time and Iโ€™m sure youโ€™ll do it this time. You have 3 little running buddies there. I have 2 boys, 10 and 7 year olds and I run most weekends at parkrun with my 10 year old.

Glad your feeling much better again.

Well done Susan on pulling yourself back into the light. We're coming into a difficult stage with winter coming towards us, but if you can keep motivated you'll smash right through the winter and on into the new year.

I'm really pleased you've got a supportive partner, makes all the difference and you have so much to look forward to ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜

Best of luck on your journey, enjoy it ๐Ÿ˜˜

Well done for getting back to it, and for getting as far as you did before. And what a lovely smile your boy has! Iโ€™m sure with that positive attitude youโ€™ll make it this time, and Iโ€™ve found this forum so supportive, Iโ€™m sure youโ€™ll find it helpful too ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
