Big day! Woke up determined to make the leap to week 2, but worried I would not manage the 60s to 90s time increase. However I got out there and OMG I did it! It was actually easier than the 60s run I did a week ago.

Clearly this programme works :) :) I am over the moon!

Brilliant. Well done and yes it works. Just try to remember that over the next few weeks as you wonder if you will manage the next week's jump. The answer will be yes you can every time.

Brilliant! And never doubt yourself, you definitely have it in you. Keeping a good slow pace and having faith in yourself works a treat! 👏👏👏

Well done :-) I felt exactly like you when I started, but the program will carry on delivering; what seems ludicrously impossible on paper will be suprisingly achievable in reality! I think the rest days are very important to the process as is keeping the running slow. :-)

Slow and steady gets you there as does a nice healthy dose of self belief.
