3 X 5 minutes runs.

.

For the first time ever, the running went so smooth and steady, we have a lack of events to report on! I guess that's a good thing it has come to this?

.

3 X 5 minute runs quickly exhausted my usual route again. Had to go around few times my local hospital car park. It was eerily quite.

.

The running was still at 1 AM and it was wonderful to have completed it without any hiccups. Although, I now have overslept and running late to work!

I thinks it's worth it! 🍌😜

Running...

Because you're worth it😊

Good to hear that it went so smoothly. I salute you for running at 1.00am, it seems to suit you though. I was extremely busy snoring at that timeπŸ˜‚

Good luck with the next two. My guess is that you're going to ace them!

Well done you! You've got this sorted. Never a bad thing for a hospital car park to be quiet I suppose! Love a run which goes perfectly to plan. :)
