Solo run update!

I got out there early this morning and gave it a go without my running buddy Michael 😱 It was really freeing not having a five minute reminder all the time. I thought I’d run my normal route but with an extra loop which ended up at 35 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t activate runkeeper properly so I have no idea how far I ran but never mind...I ran solo 🙌👍

I did! I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it but it was really good 👍 I’m certain Michael has forgotten all about me now! Hopefully now he can concentrate on getting others through the programme 👍

I am aren’t I!!! I can tell my grandson big school isn’t scary after all when he moves from nursery to big school next month! 🙌

I became attached to Michael - I share him with the newbies now - I don't have him every run but every now and again it's nice to welcome him back to ride shotgun with me!
