Just did week 4 run 1 and I did it . I'm constantly amazed that I can and do and that my body still loves me despite what I've done to it (neglect and abuses lol) I'm beginning to actually believe in myself a bit more each week !!! Well done everyone for sticking with it, it's so worth it and I'm enjoying it and I had to do this a couple of days late due to pulling my neck and shoulder and it bugged me so much I wanted to be out there, I'm finally forming good habits !!!

Brilliant! Well done. I've also just done W4R1. Found the step up to 5 mins tough but did it. It's a great feeling isn't it to feel an improvement week on week. Hope the shoulder doesn't delay you too much getting back out there!

Well done! The human body has remarkable ways of surprising us in how it can heal and improve in such a short period of time - I'd never have believed it before starting this either.

Well done on getting so far! I an hoping this running lark is habit forming. I haven't started to enjoy it yet (wk2r2) but I am sticking with it until I do! A bit of stubbornness helps doesn't it? :)

You will start to enjoy it but I find tends to be before and after the runs lol, sounds odd but true

Excellent, you sound like you're enjoying it, it is an amazing programme. Good luck with it and look after your neck and shoulder. The strength and flex podcasts may help if you haven't found these already. x

Go you indeed! That step up to 5 minutes is so daunting, but it's amazing how this C25K thing works and you do stuff that you never thought possible ....(remind me of that when I do W5R1 on Sunday!)

Well done, it was scary knowing I had to run for 5 minutes twice but I did r1w4 today as well on the treadmill and am planning my second outdoor run at the weekend. Such a sense of achievement.Good luck with your next run!

Hi there. First post. Did Week 4 run 1 tonight. I can agree with the enjoying before and after bits. I think it's my masochistic tendencies that actually get me through the run though!!!
