Good morning, just back from the first run of Week 4, can't believe I've got here so quickly! Went well, better than expected. Keeping my breathing under control is definitely making a difference.
A bit of drizzle for most of the way, halfway through the final 5 minute run, the heavens opened it was torrential! There was a shelter in the park but when I reached it I still had about 30 seconds to go, so must have looked very odd doing mini laps around it!
Actually really invigorating, you do know you are alive! Pinched a pic that suits the mood! Hope everyone else's weeks are progressing well

I know how you feel about getting there so quickly! I did W4R1 a week ago and freaked a bit that I was already on Week 4 - daft I know but there you have it. Anyway somehow I couldn't bring myself to go out again last week - and then suddenly today I knew I wanted to go out and do W4R2. I just got back, and it was really ok, it didn't feel more than I can cope with at all, and I am feeling high! 😅😅
