I haven't posted in here in a while because the last two times i went out i had a panic asthma attack and then the time after that i was sick on the run which turned out was the start of the flu! so i haven't been well recently but I've just went on a run at 6:30am, the first run I've done in a few weeks and it went really well! I ran further than i thought before i had to walk again, it was cooler, there wasn't much pollen about, it was quieter it was great! And the best thing is is that its done for today 😀 The only problem i had was that i didn't take water with me (first tine I've ever done that) and i think i would have went longer if i did but never mind im back in the running stride
