Im back

I haven't posted in here in a while because the last two times i went out i had a panic asthma attack and then the time after that i was sick on the run which turned out was the start of the flu! so i haven't been well recently but I've just went on a run at 6:30am, the first run I've done in a few weeks and it went really well! I ran further than i thought before i had to walk again, it was cooler, there wasn't much pollen about, it was quieter it was great! And the best thing is is that its done for today πŸ˜€ The only problem i had was that i didn't take water with me (first tine I've ever done that) and i think i would have went longer if i did but never mind im back in the running stride

  • Well done, I can imagine it could be mentally quite hard to get back out there after a few issues like that so great work for having the motivation to do it! :)

  • Thanks πŸ˜€ that's what the problem was is that it got into my head a bit so i went out this morning without the podcast and it went really well so im gonna continue going out early in the morning as its loads better than the pollen infested frying pan on late afternoon evening .... At least for the summer anyway 😁

  • Melly has said it all, well done for getting back out there!

I love morning running, it lifts the spirits and really starts the day off well. I hope you continue to feel the benefits through out today, as this will help you with the next run. :-)

  • Glad you are well again and back on board. Hope all goes well this week.☺

  • Well done, hope the good streak continues for you and sounds like early runs might be the answer!

  • Thanks and yeah they are hopefully ... The only down side is early wake up time ha ha
