So thought, Gee Whizz it's so cold I might not go out today! Then thought don't get on that slippy slop of letting the weather dictate your exercise regime. Then thought, I'll wait another 30 mins. Got changed in 10 and went out for the final run of the week and even though it was absolutely bitter, it felt really great. I felt like a real runner! The dogs don't care what the weather is like, they just like running with mam. These last few days have been horrendous up here but we ran in 2 of them. I'm going to think back to these runs if I start to lose my mojo...xx

Good post. I did the same a few weeks ago ... But then bought a jacket so I could run in the rain !!! I think that was at week 4 ... When I slowly realised I'd caught the bug !! Keep it up 👍
Same here. Home from work yesterday, and running was the last thing I wanted to do. I forced myself to go, but actually the cold made me want to run faster to warm up. I felt great when I got back home, which also made me want a healthy dinner rather
