Rain, Wind, puddles!

Wk2 run 1, was an experience, windy, wet and puddles, never thought I would go out in this weather and really glad I did. Could have done without the wind and puddles but I know that a little bit of rain does not hurt. Had a stitch in my side for the first time but jogged through it and felt much less out of breath than before, there is a lot to remember and the important thing is, I did not let the weather put me off, so feeling pretty good.

I ran for the first time in the rain today too. I wore my old pac-a-mac but the zip was broken so it didn't keep me very dry, but I was determined not to let a bit of rain put me off! New running jacket ordered! 😁

Hi, I was a bit silly and put a waterproof over my running jacket....should have left the jacket off as I was too warm by the end, little things you learn as you go....enjoy your new jacket.
