W2R3 Completed - can hardly believe it!

7am and I've already got my W2R3 under my belt - even though I had to change my route to avoid flooded playing fields. Those extra 30 seconds felt more like 5 minutes, thought I'd never do it but here I am. Haven't even looked at what W3 entails yet but kind of dreading it - HELP ........ any tips to help prepare for it?

Congrats on W2 :D ! My advice would be 'Don't look at what's coming up next'!!! It completely panicked me to the point that I nearly didn't even bother trying W3 :o . Self doubt crept in, but I had help from my cheerleaders on this forum, did it, and will now run W4R2 today. If we believe in ourselves and the programme, we'll soon have a shiny graduate badge to show for it...xx

Well done :D Just take it nice and slow. I was worried about W3, thought I would need oxygen by the time I finished but it was actually fine. Try not to panic, and as ANewMe2017 says sometimes it's best not to look ahead at what is coming up. I've found that reading the posts for the week I am about to start has helped give me tips to cope, and let me know how others have faired. Good luck, you can do it x

I can feel your excitement! It's just the best thing getting another week under your belt isn't it. The best advice I can give for week 3 is try and run slower than week 2. Slow, slow and steady. Take it easy and don't try and over think it.

Let us know how it goes (we'll be rooting for you) 😊

I agree with the advice about not looking ahead - it makes you over think I and can be so overwhelming that those pesky gremlins start you self doubting your ability. Just go with the flow, take it slow & steady & just enjoy the run. You CAN do it. Keep us posted on your progress.

Not what you're looking for?
