W1R3 "We could have had it all!"

Adele's voice beautifully soothing after that 2 interval of huffing and puffing.

-1 °C | Early morning run

The day started not with a bang but a sigh.

Could not get out of bed. Pushing myself a bit further to the left and had plenty of water in one go. It worked!

Now I had to get out of bed in about 15 minutes to empty my now shocked system with overworking kidneys at half five in the morning.

Until I opened the door to start out, there happened to be a number of reasons not to go out. Once got out, determined to not go back, started warming up in the beautiful cold grey London morning.

Following everyone's advice here, I paced myself slow and steady. I for once enjoyed a little bit here and there. Can't wait to enjoy the whole start to finish one day!

  • Go You!

Not easy these mornings sometimes..but when you do go.... wow! I love the early runs :)

  • Ooh I love that one! 😀

Just run, don't argue with yourself about it 😊

  • You are spot on about that one.

Nearly awoken the neighbours arguing with myself and finding a reason to not put my shoes on. 😂

  • Week 2 already? Time flies... you must be having fun ;) Well done :)

  • Oh. Thanks.

    W2R1 on Sunday.

Not sure about fun running 90 seconds. So far it has been 60 seconds and the last ten have always been a hard push.

I will have to wait and see what happens on Sunday. 🙂

  • Oof - that's early and cold! Well done!

  • It's just that there are fewer people to stare at my wobbling. 🙂

  • You're doing this! Go you. :)

  • I'm with you there new jogging person....it is a MISSION to get out the door huh? Still we do it and you should be chuffed to bits...I've just finished the same run as you...at some point we apparently will enjoy it a bit ☺
