So I had planned to try and improve my time with each run of week 7, but that went out the window when on my rest day I had a personal training session at the gym. Now everything hurts, but Im still pretty proud that I even managed to get out of bed bright and early, and then run for 25 whole entire minutes (minus a few seconds for unclipping and reclipping the dog lead). There were so many excuses not to, but in the end I decided that I had to, or I would be doing no exercise today at all, being that it is 41 degrees today.... that heat definitely saps all motivation!
So now to get that extra three minutes in for week 8!

Week 8! Week 8! You're on to week 8. The penultimate week. Only 6 more runs 'til graduation. Would you have believed what you can do now if someone had told you at the end of W1R1? The heat might sap your motivation but certainly not your commitment
Well done. You are doing really well. Slow and steady, don't worry about speed, especially in the temperature you've got there. Not far to go now. 👏🏻👏🏻😀😀🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻
Nearly there! I can't even begin to imagine trying to run in that heat!!! Indeed when I've been in such temperatures, even walking was far down my list to do list!
