After my first ever park run victory on Saturday, I have been achy and stiff. On Sunday I did some gentle stretching and foam roller exercises. Planned a 5k with my friend this morning. Boy did I feel stiff this morning. Spent more time before with foam roller on the achy bits and I have to say I am so glad I didn't listen to myself at 7am when I said "I'll just text her and cancel"!!!! Run complete and I felt great the whole way round, just done more stretches and rolling. I feel very satisfied with myself.......gremlin suitably kicked into touch!!

Gordon is the name of the guy in my class who asked me around to his house to show me his train set. I went around out of pure curiosity, and spent all afternoon being introduced to his favourite engines. 😐

Well done! It can be so easy just not to go, but having gone there's a great sense of achievement afterwards..Better just to put up with a few minor aches & stiffness after, so best to keep on the move with no sitting down...😊
