Still not quite there!

My first run since the virus struck and only managed 15 minutes (2.5km). Thoroughly disappointed! That heady 5km run over a week ago seems unattainable now. It didn't help that my upbeat, inspirational music stopped after ten minutes when the phone ran out of juice. Doh! I'll try and be better prepared next time. Sorry to be negative, I know it'll surely improve and one day, perhaps I might just graduate!
