Two runs into Week 9 now. So close.
Quite annoyed with Laura for reminding me that this is only the end of "training". Apparently I am expected to keep on running for half an hour three times a week for ever now.
Bloody hell!

Almost there!!!
[well - you weren't going to stop running once you'd finished were you?! ]
Good luck with W9R3! You have got the stepping stones podcasts to look forward to! ( Only joking - I am enjoying trying the 5 k + podcasts)
Good luck on your graduation run.
I bet you finish with a huge smile.
All the best and enjoy the running
Well done for getting within touching distance of the end of the programme & your shiny new badge Hasn't the addiction kicked in yet or have you not put it to the test?! Enjoy the final run
Have to say once I graduated in October my only aim was to keep running 3 times a week & am only now looking (sideways) at the stepping stones podcasts with a thought that I might possibly give them a go.
Most important of all, happy running
Ha ha ha. 😊 Didn't you hear it's "at least 3 times a week......"! 😉
Haha love it! Brilliant post.
And don't forget you can do more than 30 minutes if you like !!
Something to look forward to for the new year.
I've got to keep on running because I have started to ditch my "Charlie Chaplin Baggy Pants" and buy new "John Travolta- Tight pants".
I am not going down the tip to retrieve my baggy pants.
So no option but to keep on running !
Happy new year ! and happy running !
😂😂😂😂
You'll love it, really. I actually find I'm looking forward to most of my runs, and feel I'm missing out when I can't fit a run in. I'm sure you'll be hooked soon. 🤓
It I still totally up to you when you graduate, you will be a "free runner"! Laura will push you out of the nest to fly into the world! Feels very strange, doesn't it? I graduated about a year ago and found the "three times a week" habit kept me going out. The freedom of setting your own goals is very exciting though. I ran for 3 x 30 minutes for a while to recover and then managed a surprise 5k. A year on, I enjoy running which is surprising because it was so hard to graduate!
Nearly a graduate. You couldn't give it up now
