Okay so today was week 9, run 2 - no real problems. A little stitch twinge but nothing like the previous week. Concentrated on breathing technique and it eventually disappeared. Stats today were just the running - I normally include walking but wanted to see where I am at. 3.1 miles 35.17. Really hoping to get that time down on Saturday at the park run. My run today has a half mile hill towards the end so that's why I think the time isn't as good as I would have liked
