Hi all

I've come back to running after a number of years, and am so happy to say that I finished the programme today. It's been a great help to be part of such a supportive virtual running group; thank you to all of you for sharing your experiences!

Happy Christmas to all, and I'll look forward to running with you in 2017.

First parkrun today, only my 3rd time doing 5k, fastest yet at 40 mins and I wasn't last 😁
