Just a post to say thank you to the C25k community for all your advice, encouragement and good wishes over the past 3 months. I'm just back from W9R3 and I think it was my best run yet! I've taken a look at my old posts, starting with Week 1, and it's amazing how the programme helps you progress from nothing in just 9 weeks. Happy running to everyone and best of luck to those who are at earlier stages!

Well done! I should have graduated this week but am currently laid up with a dodgey hip that hurts like hell......bah humbug. Going to give it another week then start week eight again ,then go from there. Go and celebrate and enjoy your badge.x
