So so happy to have finally achieved this (and i truly never thought I would) .. a brilliant app, it was to follow and full of encouragement from all the lovely people out there, thank you- I feel this is a real turning point in my attitude to fitness, my health, stamina and general well-being- i bloody did it!!! 🤸‍♀️🎉🎈🎉 🏃‍♀️
