I am getting a little concerned that we haven't heard from NIGHTINGALE1 for a while. 🤔 I know he's a master of his running, 😎 like so many of you on here, and can now run 10K too. 💪🏻 But has he moved away? Surely he hasn't stopped running? Any ideas anyone? 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻

I checked the 10k forum, didn't seem to be about there either, but good idea McFitty. Can I be a late entry musketeer? Always fancied myself as D'Artagnan and wouldn't mind a Christmas musketeer hug I am feeling extremely pleased with myself actually McFitty, as I have just moved one of the kitchen stools that swivel to the centre of the kitchen, made a pot of tea, negotiated the fridge to pour milk into a jug, sat on the stool, swivelled around to place milk jug onto breakfast bar, then hoppity hopped back to the breakfast bar. Am now drinking the most delicious mug of tea ever! Bliss!

That made me laugh! LOL! The full kitchen workout! I like that McF! And an Honorary Musketeer, oh thank you so much, (doffs hat, tugs at forlock, reverses into wall, bowing head, hits big bottom into wall but no harm done, as bounces right off)! LOL

Oh I was wondering about Nightingale too , and the rest of the Musketeers ! I know Sir Michael of Kent was around last week , but not sure about Ellymeg and there was another lady too , apart from McFitty , or am I getting mixed up ?

Maybe Nightingale is doing double shifts with his bell ringing, it is a busy time of year for him at Christmas xxx
