Proof of Lady Hippo's muddy run yesterday!

Here you go, haven't yet got to working out how to create a collage, because I have been working on something else for you all. Oh, the suspense! What can it be?

However, here are my beautifully muddy shoes! Who'd have thought it! I'm embracing the fact that my shoes are beautiful, which obviously they no longer are, but the memories I have of that run definitely are!

Rest day today, can't row either because my stretch of river is on red boards which makes it too dangerous to go rowing on. 🚣 ☹️ Shall be doing some strength and flex exercises or some such and working on this mini project for you all, in between work, of course!

Happy running everyone! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»πŸŽ…πŸ»πŸŽ…πŸ»πŸŽ…πŸ»πŸŽ…πŸ»

Carol Kirkwood has just forecast a lovely day tomorrow. It's terrible when work gets in the way. Waiting with breath bated to see the outcome of your handiwork.

LOL πŸ˜‚ shall we try for the PR first Phylis? Don't want to get ahead of ourselves! My Garmin has just buzzed at me to move. I find it quite rude really, I have (I'm sure) only just sat down! LOL πŸ˜‚ Thought of you and your grandson yesterday when I ran over a cattlegrid, thought, now wheelie trainers aren't going to be any good here! I'd probably get a wheel stuck and fall flat on my face! Happy running Phylis xπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ…πŸ»πŸŽ…πŸ»

Excellent shoes :-) A collage sounds a good idea. Eagerly awaiting the results of whatever it is that comes before that :-D

Ha ha! Yes, though I didn't realise that my route was going to be quite so boggy! Thanks again.
