So my soft play induced tail bone / lower back injury is improving after my 2 weeks on the IC. I was supposed to be graduating last friday but obviously that didnt happen and thats ok, i enjoyed my birthday weekend and had a great time generally.
My only problem is that im missing my runs, no way im ready to start back at week 7, so i think im going to start all over again back at week one. This week im having a trial walk three days and see how the injury goes, hoping to start again next week.
I most definitely dont like being on the couch anymore. Which is a great realisation for the end of the year.
Im two stone lighter and 21 runs fitter than i was this time last year. Now to see what i can achieve in 2017

Well I think that is just great. 2 stone lighter! 21 runs fitter! I totally understand how you miss your runs. But be patient and sensible and then enjoy! 👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻😀😀
What a great start for the year to come. Well done you... keeping positive, and off that pesky IC couch.
I heaved a sigh of relief as I finally completely, got off mine yesterday.
Take it very steady and test things out...as you say, wonderfully you are lighter and fitter...so, when you are sure all is well..then you know the form... steady and slow, and head towards Graduation as the year moves on into lighter brighter days...Keep posting for us please too
