Has anyone done a national trust 10 k?

Well on my sat run with my friends at sale water park this we all decided in a moment of conviviality that next week we all a temp the Lime park ( Stockport) national trust 10 k . LOoking at the web site it happens once a month .

I am wondering if anyone has done this or similar before ? Wondering if it's well sign posted? I sort of get the impression it's a find the way around yourself event ?

Lime park is lovely , I am sure it will be a great route , but I'm just a bit worried I may get lost and find myself in a lost marathon !!
