Completed week 6 at 6am yesterday! I am still amazed at myself, fancy getting up and going for a run before work, that's dedication. My reward was running non-stop for 25 minutes. I felt fab for the rest of the day.

Something that always makes me smile is that if I pass another runner they usually say hi! I'm always thankful that this happens whilst I'm actually running and not walking, lol!

Week 7 starts on Monday I can do this.

Thank you everyone for your support. Just keep running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜†

Well done - you've completed the trickiest week. It's all about consolidation now.

Yes you can. We knew you could

Have fun! Take very great care though and don't let your enthusiasm get the better of you. Stick to the plan and don't be tempted to go further or faster at this stage. Injury is the last thing you need.

The weather at the moment is really quite good for us runners so it's great to be able to get out there and not freeze to death

Thanks all 😊 I can't quite believe I've got this far. The achievement each time keeps me going. I don't run fast so I can't be going far but just knowing I've run non stop for each block of time is enough at the moment. Happy running. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
