I Did It!

With more than a touch of trepidation, I set off just before 8 this morning for my graduation run. I'm living in the Canaries just now, so it was pretty warm and still, even along the beach. I felt tired and would have loved to just stop at about the 12 minute mark but I didn't. I finished with my best time (still only 4.44 Kms), averaging just under a 7 minute km. Where do I collect my certificate!?! 🏅📜

Well done. Good time too ! I like to think in Km per hour that's by my guesstimate about 9Km per hour.

Bet without trying too hard you'll soon get to 5k in 30 minutes doing 10Km per hour.

Bet you've got a nice cheesy grin in place. Here when we get a cheesy grin after we have de-frosted our faces for 5 minutes ! Just jealous !!
