OMG!! Just done my W1R3 and for the first time I actually did all seven 60 second runs!! I am soooo proud of myself that I started crying at the end of the last 60 all the way through the 5 minute cool down walk and whilst doing stretches... i got in the car, videod myself to show how very proud I am and its going on my instagram page @olderbirdgettingfit so if you wanna follow my progress and see happy me, give me a follow!!

There are eight 60 second runs in Week 1. Don't sell yourself short. 😀

It's an awesome feeling isn't it. Hold on to it and whenever you feel yourself flag on a run think how good it feels to challenge yourself and achieve a new personal goal.

You look so happy in that photograph, well done on completing week 1 of C25K, you deserve to be very proud of yourself, onwards and upwards to week 2, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, no running on consecutive days, I wish you well for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾
