Week 9 Run 3: DONE. Whoooooooop! Feeling very proud of myself, considering I’d never done any real exercise before this feels like a real achievement. Last run of the plan done today whilst on holiday - although I hear the weather at home is just as warm as it is here in the Canaries so well done to everyone running in the heat!
Not really sure what to do next, but I guess I’ll just keep going with the 30 minute runs until it’s a bit easier, as today was still a struggle. But first I might treat myself to a few days off 😊

Congratulations! Yep, it’s damn hot out there... we can never win with the weather!
Running 30 minutes until it’s easier is exactly the right thing to do after graduation, and it buys you some time to consider what next.
Celebrate this huge achievement well, you’ve given yourself a great fitness base to achieve anything from. Enjoy consolidation and all your future running adventures
Congratulations to you RMR on graduating in the Canaries by completing C25K with week 9 run 3, yes here at home we are having a mini heatwave, temperature in most places over 21C/70

Thanks everyone, still feeling very pleased with myself! The support on here was a big factor in managing to do it 😊 Currently on my second rest day and thinking I might go for a run tomorrow!
