Getting over the mental block

Today I ran w7r3, I did r2 yesterday morning, but due to various things I needed to do the run tonight and not tomo morning. Anyway it was muggy, I couldn't find my arm band thing, I didn't want to wear a jacket with pockets my watch battery had run out, and I thought oh bugger it, I won't go, then I suddenly thought hang on, I've done this run twice this week I know when to start running and when to stop. Just get out that door and run, well walk to warm up, but you get what I mean.

It was a revelation to just go oh come on you can do it, just go. I did find myself saying come on give it your all for the last minute πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Well done, but it sounds as if you are not leaving a day between runs.

You need your rest days or risk injury.

Cheers for the comment, I usually do run every other day, but for various reasons I needed to do it today. I left a good 38 hours between runs though!
