Just wanted to share my excitement at completing week 2! Cant wait to have a go at week three, though the 3 min run doesn't seem a bit scary, going for it tomorrow!

If you are like most of us, you will go from being scared of every little incremental increase in your times over the next few weeks to totally cheesed off you just can't crack that 20 minute 5K post- graduation. :)

Seriously, every Grad here went through what you are now nervous and unsure about :) Just run slow and steady, forget about "5K" and "9weeks" because darn few graduate "on time and with distance" andI promise you will be running that thirty continuous minutes far better than you literally can imagine now at this stage :)

You can definitely do it, just like Laura says! If there are any blips you can go back and do one or two of the runs again and you'll be there. If you're anything like me though you'll be thinking "eek, how can I add another minute or another two minutes just like that?" and then you just can. I think pacing is the main thing. Go you!

You can do it! I thought Week 3 looked scary before I started it, and week 4, and week 5, but I've just completed week 5 - so you can do it too!

Hope the weather is being as kind to you, wherever you are, as it is where I am. Good luck with your run.

Well done! Sounds like you're doing great. Those jumps week by week look scary but trust Laura (she is a genius). You can do it, keep going!
