Week 5 here I come!

Well I never thought I'd make week 5, but here I am. Tomorrow morning I shall be donning the trainers and going for my first week 5 run along the canal. And I'm actually looking forward to it!

My days at work are now frustrating sitting at a desk programming. I'm even eating more healthily, what's wrong with me?!

I was planning my W5R3 route earlier as I think I'm going to have to do it before work on Tuesday morning, I want to be fresh and not tired, to give myself the best chance.

Anyway, I'm off to bed, and thanks again for all the encouragement! You're all becoming my running family I think :-)

Yes, what is wrong with you, you brilliant, dedicated, inspiring runner you?! 😀 I find myself thinking about running when I am not running. Clearly insane. But getting fitter insane. The best kind.

Week 5? Meet Neil. Neil? Meet week 5. I think you two are going to have a lot of fun together. x

Haha! You crack me up Sadie, you really do. Let's see if the smile is still on my face in a week's time!! I'm going to guess... yes :-) Seriously though, yet again thanks for the encouragement! I'll let you know how it goes...!

Brilliant faceless floss :-) actually, being faceless does sound a little creepy doesn't it? Thanks for the link btw, just what I needed.

Neil, brilliantly done so far and am sending you some sun from Italy, hopefully that will chase the rain away for your first W5 run. How amazing does that sound?

Not what you're looking for?
