Map of last week's Graduation Run

Here you go - this is my "tick". My overall time includes my warm up and cool down, hence 5.9k. Am going to try to set my watch for the run only this Friday (which will be the straight bit along the river!) Happy running!

Looks like a nice run ! Well done Your time is good. I'm only doing a guesstimate but if you took out a rough 5 minutes warm up and 5 minutes cool down run you are probably doing actual running of probably just over or near to 5K in about 32 Minutes which is a good time.

If I mention times for my runs I always take out the warm up and cool down times. Think most on here do.
