Wk9 run 2 , haven't been out since Tuesday , and I found tonight tough, I haven't been very well during the week but...., could I have lost stamina ......
Anyways I covered over 4k but I ran for over 34 mins which I didn't really mean to, not listening to Laura , just music .... I can press button on earphones on/off and it gives me distance and time etc ....
I had park to myself as the rugby is on and most people must be watching, glad I went out all the same as with work sick little ones etc it's getting tougher, should get out Tuesday for graduation run ...... Would love to conquer 5k..,,, aim to anyways

What has Jesus got to do with your running? I find that rather offensive. Great you want to share your running experiences but choosing to misuse His name seems rather thoughtless
Oops apologies , that's exactly what I said when I gasped my way to car, didn't mean to offend, however as I'm Irish I would use Jesus several times a day in conversation, as does most of the population here ....

Congratulations Cuig1975 . I think you have done a fabulous job! 4.4km in 34 minutes is a great time and a great effort! Don't be disheartened, and don't worry about W9R3. Take it steady, don't go too fast, and you will be just fine! Think of us all waving our virtual flags on your graduation run! It's really hard juggling children and work and running, you're doing just great, be proud of your achievements! See you at your graduation party! 🎓🎉👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
Well done Cuig1975 ..it was cold today, and if you are a bit under the weather no wonder you had a tough run. Good luck for next Tuesday. Hope you feel well enough as you will want to 'enjoy' your graduation run.😊x
