A new location

Out this morning, wet and windy - though rain had stopped when I started my run. Went to a park in a nearby town - it's a large park, set on a hill so I stayed at the top end of it. All kitted out in my leggings from Prague, windproof jacket that I found cheapish in Italy, my buff (bought in France), feeling quite cosmopolitan really! Anyway the wind was quite strong so I struggled running back into it so ran for just 20 to 25 minutes. But - a few months ago I would not even have gone out for a walk on such a day - progress measured in steps like these!

Well done and it is amazing when you think back to that days when you wouldn't even go out walking in that weather!! Good for you😊😊getting out there 🏃🏃😊😊x
