All thumbs on the Golden Mile.

Hi everyone,

I had a mess up with my Ipod this morning.

I set off and I pressed the button to hear Laura. Unfortunately I selected W8 rather than W7. What the heck, I just carried on, I was heading south along the Golden Mile and I felt like I was running into a brick wall. The wind was so strong and straight into my face. The great news was that when I turned around for the return journey, I was blown along like a leaf. (Fat bald leaf, weighing in at almost 18 stone).

The run was great and I felt fantastic, at the end of the 28 min run.

I will miss out W7 R1 and run W7 R2 next.

I hope your runs all went as well.
